I can’t believe the holidays have come and gone. 2016 is now distant memories… 2017 is a blank slate just waiting for us to find fulfillment, joy, peace and purpose in our lives.
I am sincerely apologetic for not posting any new content for a few months. As some of you may know, I have been fighting a small intestinal disorder that has made me incredibly fatigued among a number of other symptoms. I have been working on my credentials and some blog material in the meantime!
I am so thrilled to be back on and sharing my nutrition expertise and inspiration for living a healthy life.
GOALS…. We all HAVE them, we all MAKE them, but we don’t all ACHIEVE them.
Achieving pull ups and doing pistol squats were on my 2016 goals list. I have been focusing really hard on accomplishing them. I have successfully reached the goal of doing a few chin ups and bicep pull ups. I am working towards getting the wider gripped lat pull up, but hey… any progress is good progress in my book. Pistol squats are getting there!!! I am so proud of myself for not giving up and so incredibly happy with my progress!
